I didn't know about the seatbelt/airbag connection. Very interesting data. Thanks for telling us.
As for the majority rule concept...well, that's just the definition of a democracy, I guess. Is there a better alternative? I don't know.
I still think that smoking sections which are glassed off would be a great solution as long as air vents pulled the smoke out of there.
