I LMAO at that, Barnette! You're right, stoners are the LAST people to care about paying taxes. Okay, it's all clear now, THAT'S why the government hasn't legalized pot...because stoners can't be held accountable for paying the taxes on it.
What I say is, treat it like any other weed, dillweed, basil, thyme, oregano...I mean, it IS just a plant, for God's sake, and yeah, people might get stoned off of it, but it's short lasting, it isn't like it's dreadfully harmful, it's just A PLANT and people SMOKE IT, like they do in EVERY OTHER CULTURE AROUND THE WORLD.
Let pot grow. So groweth pot, so groweth people. I have spoken. (don't know how much good that did)
