I'd love to know that, myself. I didn't want to be hit by a car, but they just did that for no reason, as far as I am aware.

Also, I don't understand how a person can be handcuffed without some cause for suspicion. Did they give you any such cause? Had there been a recent crime committed in the area? Why were they there in the first place?
I don't either, but you get these little kids who have been told by their instructors at their academies to abuse people at will.
To be handcuffed without any cause whatsoever is not cool, and that's exactly what they did to me.

Anyway, I hope you got their badge numbers and I do hope they get handled in some way. It seems pretty strange to me that they would even do what they did to you.

Thus far, I have visited all three offices of my well placed influential friends, and will return to see one of those three later this afternoon.
I am trying to gain support for myself, through people that I know, and see how solid that support will be before I go to the police station and file a complaint......or worse?
