Yeah, that is true either that or be extrmely lucky. Better to be lucky than good.
But this guy Willie Nile, I mean hardly anyone knows him, and he to me is one of the greatest rock songwriters I have ever heard.
He's starting to get his notice now, but he;ll never be rich and famous, but he has a nice career.
I think you can make a living if you work hard and make good music, the chances of making it huge are slim, if this guy cant I know I cant.
He's better than anyone on the radio right now, not sure what else he could do. The one thing against him is hes in his 60's now.
