Now, if after receiving due process, Kilmar Garcia is found guilty and deported..all my objections...all based on lack of due process and "we are in a hurry" mistakes, are gone and I have no issue.

The others who were deported...from what I understand...did have serious run ins with the law...so less sympathy for their plight.

I expect this to be a fair trial despite some early frothing simply because all eyes are on this.
