You're missing the point... What does a doctor's feelings or compensation have to do with his practice? Medicine is just the statistical study of human physiology and chemical response. Today, that information will fit on most phones...
All a doctor does is cross-check your symptoms and lab results with a list of most probable diagnoses, then shoot those results to his office staff to make certain your insurance will cover the treatment. If the insurance provider balks, then the doctor provides another diagnosis for you... so he can still get paid.
It's all a fuk'n racket! At one time diagnostic tests didn't exist, you had to really know what you're doing. Today you don't, and AI is going to take over. But yeah, among everything else it's a business. So is preaching. The Graham family were worth 50 million, what's worse?

"If you are stuck in your musical composing, be unreasonable. Change your environment. If you are stuck in your lyrical efforts, instead of forcing the same old words out, force yourself to do unreasonable things." -Brian Austin Whitney
