Bukele built CECOT for El Salvadoran gangs.
Gang tatoos are all it takes get you locked up, possibly for life.
El Salvador has gone from the deadliest country in the Western Hemisphere to the safest country in the Western Hemisphere, because of this prison and Bukele.
Venezuela wont take these murderous beasts back. The US is paying El Salvador to house them until something can be worked out.
