I'm obviously a pessimist lol...
But,
Am I the only one who thinks "Thanksgiving" feels kinda' strange this year?
I'm not saying we shouldn't take a day to reflect and be thankful... I'm just already dreading the day after.
It's as if the entire world is suffering from some kind of bipolar disorder...
I remember when the majority of people used to look forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas. The Spirit of the season was contagious.
Now, it seems as if no one can remember why... I theorize that social media has alot to do with it. There used to be mystery and hope with holidays. Now go on Facebook and thanksgiving unfolds in your face instantly, leaving nothing to the imagination . It may also be that over time, all things change and die. Can Thanksgiving survive hundreds of more years? I doubt football will exist in 200 years
