I just saw a video where Trump explained why he bombed that little boat that was heading back to the coast of Venezuela. He was asked if it was illegal to bomb that boat. His response: “What’s illegal are the drugs that were on that boat, and the drugs that are being sent to our country, and the fact that 300 million people died last year from drugs. That’s what’s illegal.” Let me put this into perspective: The U.S. population in 2023 was around 340 million people. Trump claims that 90% of the Americans died in 2024 because of drugs. If 300 million Americans died last year because of drugs, why are there still 340 million Americans in the U.S.? I used to be good at math. I’m scratching my head now. Officially, around 75.000 people in the U.S. died from drug overdoses. That’s a lot of people, but why can’t the guy just tell the truth?
