Interesting post FD....always wondered why some sealed themselves from others....thought they did not want to be "soiled" by contact with those not like them
Does seem there is some basis for theor xenophopia that inhibits or overcomes empathy....
I mean if a car hits a person you do not see as human or worthy of life.....well
If writing ever becomes work I think I'm going to have to stop
