So, it's much worse than I thought. He confirmed that people are moving. In my area they are going back to Canada and they are saying it's because of Trump's politics. The high concentration of Canadians in my area might be the reason prices here are falling much more than in other areas of Florida. I don't know. I'm just happy my taxes will go down ... I hope.

That's disgusting. For most of us, whoever is POTUS is not going to decide where we live. Good riddance to them.
TDS is a real thing.

And I suspect that Trump is just the cover story in most cases.

Nick is a real thing too. He focuses a lot of his time on FLA and TX because those two markets are stacking up with inventory and prices could fall a lot further.
High season is April thru May. When June gets here, hope will either be gone for sellers or possibly rekindled. The markets should start showing a firm direction at that time.
