Thank you Marty. This video was really interesting. It confirmed what I described. Prices went up in 2022, 2023 and 2024. Apparently, real estate prices in my area have fallen by 38%, just in 2025. So, it's much worse than I thought. He confirmed that people are moving. In my area they are going back to Canada and they are saying it's because of Trump's politics. The high concentration of Canadians in my area might be the reason prices here are falling much more than in other areas of Florida. I don't know. I'm just happy my taxes will go down ... I hope.
