For years I was told that walls did not work on borders and the US border could not be properly managed without "comprehensive immigration reform."
But then, Presto! Seems they do work when properly managed with some accompanying manpower.

Now I know why you don't understand....you can't read.... I have never said anything about tariffs....I spoke of the trade deficit and that it was not going away....
