I find it interesting that our President is supposed to be controlled by checks and balances. That he cannot do anything without Congress and the Senate approving it.
Yet our current state of affairs in this country are blamed squarely on Bush's shoulders. NO one else is getting blamed.

As far as the immigration issue goes if it was up to me our borders would be closed 100 % until we solve our own domestic problems.
Mexican immigration job rates have steadily increased while our black population job rate has seen a steady decreased. Coincidence? I don't think so.

As far a Mexico's "PLAN" for immigration goes.
I don't know if this is true or not.

The Mexican government has worked to make illegal immigration to the U.S. easier.

* It plans to produce 70,000 maps marking main roads and water tanks for people wanting to cross illegally into the US. [38]
* The Mexican government distributes a comic book which instructs illegal immigrants on how to sneak across the border and how to remain undetected once they've crossed the border[39]
* According to the Fox News service, the Yucatan government (a state of Mexico) also produces educational materials (a comic book and DVD) to instruct its citizens on how to cross the border and how to avoid notice as an illegal immigrant once the border has been crossed.[40]

In 2005, the remittances from Mexican nationals worldwide was $18.1 billion. [41] In 2003, former President of Mexico, Vicente Fox stated that remittances of Mexican nationals in the United States, both legal and illegal, totaled $12 billion, and were the largest source of foreign income for Mexico.
