Ask me about Canada's tax system, and I'm an expert, but I don't know exactly what Gates got as a deduction.
But then, what does that matter?
It is existing wealth that was given away. And directing it at a specific cause such as improving world health seems to me to be a better use than throwing into the general tax pool
