Why do the answers always come back as "if you dont roll with the changes, or if you dont do writers nights, etc
Im not talking about ME. Im talking about MY observation of the state of songwriting. Im not at the end of my rope looking for encouragement, lol.
I think Mark Kaufmann is the only person so far who actually understands what Im trying to say.
Of course there are songwriters, and there will be songs needed.
Doesnt mean the people care how hard you worked on your craft or appreciate anything except a kick ass recording.
As writers we spend alot of time thinking about meter, rhyme, structure, plot and twist, when in todays world nobody is paying attention.

"Do not endeavor to be the smartest kid in a dumb class. Instead, you are better off being the dumbest kid in the smartest class, where you will be challenged and you will learn. If you aren't growing, you are dying." -Brian Austin Whitney
