I went to my local Dem caucus last Saturday. Since there was no Dem frontrunner following Super Tuesday, all of sudden our primaries became REALLY important.
It was CRAZY. Hundreds of people turned out in my tiny little precinct alone. Both Clinton and Obama came to visit last week. They had to turn away 3000 people from Obama's speech at Key Arena due to overcrowding! A friend of mine described his caucus in North Seattle as a "madhouse."
People are fired up.
