And btw, go talk to Mick Jagger and the boys, and all of Britain's musicians, artist etc. Tell them they should pay income taxes in Bangladesh because people there buy their music.

I already have. But they are just like a lot of other people greedy, selfish, ignorant and uncaring.
At the end of the day there is no argument that can justify people living in extreme poverty and starving to death whilst others have more money than they can possibly spend.
I am quite lucky I have worked hard and have a comfortable lifestyle. Done all the things you suggest to achieve it.
But some people have to feed themselves and even 100% of their earnings won't stretch to that.
