I don't understand why "walking behind the rear of their cars" is cause for suspicion? Can you explain the theory behind that?
Also, I don't understand how a person can be handcuffed without some cause for suspicion. Did they give you any such cause? Had there been a recent crime committed in the area? Why were they there in the first place?
Anyway, I hope you got their badge numbers and I do hope they get handled in some way. It seems pretty strange to me that they would even do what they did to you.
