My basic keys to the game.
If you're the Eagles, you don't want to get in a shootout, you want to control possession, if they win time of possession , they win this game, Who knows what will happen, but I agree with that. The Eagles need to keep the KC defense on the field and Mahomes on the sideline. One would think a good strategy would be to stack up first downs, long drives and time while burning up the defense' oxygen. Smirconish had a guy on yesterday who said that in addition to Hurts and Barkley, that the Eagles had 3 pro-bowlers and a standout on their front line and their combined weight was equal to a 747. But who knows, the Eagles first play from scrimmage may end up being a long bomb. We'll see. Coolest spectator game in a while. Both quarterbacks are running threats and great passers.
