You live in FLA. You know better than I do, that FLA real estate began sinking back during Biden.
Neither Biden nor Trump can stop the hit that FLA is taking.
RE Shot way up.
Then came some back to back hurricanes.
Then came that Condo structural failure.
Most damaging, then came the law that Condos must assess fees for a set-back fund.
Then people started selling off.
The came the dive.
Florida and Texas are leading a housing downturn
