By the way they have a few spats on the Muse site also, but I'm staying clear from them
You guys got me thinking
V1 I was mindin’ my business down at Joe’s, Just drinkin’ beer and tappin’ my toes, When someone hollered, “Who’d you vote for?” And suddenly half the bar hit the floor! The bartender yelled, “Lord, not again!” Said, “We been through this since two thousand ten!” He pointed at a sign hangin’ by the gin— ‘No talkin’ politics or religion!’ Ch Never talk politics or religion, my friend, That’s how the good times come to an end, Talk about fishin’, dogs, and sin, But never talk politics or religion again! V2 Old Bubba said, “Preacher, pass the salt,” Then blamed him for every worldly fault, The preacher said, “Boy, you best repent,” Then Bubba got baptized in a barroom tent! Somebody shouted, “Roll Tide!” loud, And half the place left cryin’ proud, Next thing you know, the lights went dim— And the jukebox died singin’ “Hymn #10.” Chorus: Never talk politics or religion, my friend, That’s how bar stools start to bend, Stick to beer, boots, and Uncle Jim’s gin, But never talk politics or religion again! Bridge: Now my ex-wife’s textin’ from Tennessee, Said she found Jesus and the SEC, I said, “That’s nice, honey, bless your soul,” Then I hung up and ordered a whiskey roll. Final Chorus: Never talk politics or religion, my friend, Let’s keep the peace ‘til the night’s last end, Raise your glass, and let’s all grin— ‘Cause we ain’t talkin’ politics or religion again! Tag Line: If you wanna keep drinkin’ and keep your friends… Never talk politics or religion again!

We’re all built from the same dust and dreams, Different roads, but the same means.

"Defeatist Pessimists and Rose Colored Glasses Optimists are lonely companions, victims even. Both ideologies imply predestined outcomes, and therefore breed inactivity in its victims. Inaction is the only sure way to lose at anything in life. All positive action guarantees at least a fighting chance." -Brian Austin Whitney
