Good for you Pete, I'm glad that your children turned out well, some people are blessed with well behaved children and never need corporal punishment. I have three children, they all turned out well, but two of them needed corporal punishment at times. They even say, now that they are grown, that they deserved what they got and it never scarred them, mentally or physically. When I was growing up, I got a few lickings, and I deserved them and I knew where the line was drawn. I knew the punishment was for my own good and that my parents loved me enough to keep me on the straight and narrow.
