We are born not knowing why we exist. Some say they know why, but they can't prove it. Some declare faith, and they wrestle with it for the rest of their lives with varying degrees of success.
This is fine by me.
Declaring that I don't know why we are here probably makes me Agnostic, but I don't think I am. (Q: Are you an agnostic? A: I don't know.) But I do believe we all share a fundamental understanding of positive vs. negative, of light vs. dark, of pleasure vs. pain, of kindness vs. cruelty, of peace vs. war, of prosperity vs. turmoil. In the end, we call it all either good or bad. Well, that all looks pretty simple to me.
I've devoted my life to Good--in other words, I strive to live by the Golden Rule, and I hope that pleases God. If it does not, then I will accept my fate with a clear conscience.

"The music industry is filled with risk takers, but not so filled with people who educate themselves before taking the leap." –Brian Austin Whitney
